Smoked Salmon Mousse

Smoked Salmon Mousse has a smooth taste. Smoked Salmon Mousse is very easy to make. Smoked Salmon Mousse should be tried by salmon lovers.
  Smoked salmon 8 Ounce
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Anchovy fillets 2
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Parsley 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Onion salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Lettuce leaves 10

In a food processor, mix all ingredients, except lettuce, to a smooth mousse.
Refrigerate 12 hours.
Spoon mousse into a pastry bag with a flutted nozzle.
Pipe onto lettuce leaves.
