Smoked Salmon Mousse

|Smoked salmon||8 Ounce|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
|Parsley||2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Onion salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Dash|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
In a food processor, mix all ingredients, except lettuce, to a smooth mousse.
Refrigerate 12 hours.
Spoon mousse into a pastry bag with a flutted nozzle.
Pipe onto lettuce leaves.
