|Salmon steaks||2 Pound|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄8 Pound (1/4 Cup)|
In a shallow close-fitting baking pan, melt the butter and then add the lemon juice, Worcestershire, salt, paprika, and pepper.
Coat the salmon in the butter and place the steaks side by side.
Bake in a 400° oven for 15 minutes; turn fish over and spoon some of the butter on top.
Bake about 15 minutes more, or until fish flakes with a fork and no longer is translucent in the center.
