Salmon Delight

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned salmon 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Shredded american cheese/Processed cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated green pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Celery salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), mixed with 2 tablespoons melted butter
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat egg and milk together; add soft bread crumbs.
Flake salmon, removing bones and skin.
Combine bread-milk mixture, salmon, cheese, pepper, lemon juice, celery salt, and garlic salt.
Place in a 9-inch-square baking pan and top with buttered crumbs.
Bake in a 350° oven for about 30 minutes.
