Smoked Salmon Dip
|Smoked salmon||4 Ounce, shredded|
|Heavy cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Put all the ingredients into the container of an electric blender and blend until smooth or grind the salmon and capers, whip the cream and combine all the ingredients.
Grind additional pepper over the top of the dip.
