Smoked Salmon And Grapefruit Sauce
|Smoked salmon||200 Gram|
|Extra virgin olive oil||1|
|Mild mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grapefruit slices||2 (To Garnish)|
|Orange slice||2 (To Garnish)|
|Lemon slice||2 (To Garnish)|
In a bowl, squeeze the juice of the grapefruit, orange and lemon.
To the juices add the salt, pepper and mustard and mix well.
Your grapefruit sauce is done.
Cut the white part of the fennel into thin slices and arrange them on a serving dish.
Dice the green part of the fennel and put it aside.
Cut the smoked salmon into strips and lay them on the fennel bed.
Season with the grapefruit sauce.
Sprinkle the salmon with the diced green fennel and put the dish into the refrigerator for ten minutes.
Decorate with slices of grapefruit, orange and lemon.
