|Skim milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Enriched white bread slice||1 , made into crumbs|
|Tuna/Salmon||2 Ounce (Cooked Or Canned)|
|Hard cooked egg||1 , mashed|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Hot sauce||1 Dash|
|Imitation butter flavoring||1 Dash|
Combine milk, bread crumbs, fish and egg.
Add salt, mustard, Worcestershire, red hot sauce, and butter flavoring.
Turn into a small baking dish or large shell and bake at 450Â° F. for 15 minutes.
