Ingredients
  Kippers 2 Large
  Pepper To Taste
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , very thinly sliced
  Onion 1 Large, juiced
Directions

Remove the flesh from the kippers in large pieces (quite easy with a sharp knife).
Put into shallow dish with onion.
Pour over lemon juice and salad oil, add pepper to taste.
Leave several hours.
