Island Baked Salmon

Ingredients
  Salmon fillets 36 Ounce (6 6 Ounce Fillets)
  Lime juice 3 Tablespoon
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh mint sprigs 6 (For Garnish)
  Limes 3 , halved (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Remove salmon from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
Place salmon fillets in a glass or ceramic dish to fit, skin side down.
Combine the next four ingredients and brush them over the salmon.
Refrigerate, covered, 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450°.
Bake the salmon for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Salmon should flake easily when tested with a fork.
Carefully remove salmon to 6 dinner plates and garnish each fillet with a mint sprig on top and a lime half alongside.
