Salmon Bites

Ingredients
  Salmon 1 Can (10 oz)
  Grated horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Bacon slices 4
  Minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Condensed cheddar cheese soup 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Cheese canape pastry 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Drain and flake salmon (crush bones they're rich in calcium).
Fry bacon until crisp; crumble.
Combine all ingredients except pastry.
Chill.
