Grilled Beets With Lemon Dill Butter
|Whole beets||8 Medium (Fresh)|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh dill||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cut off beet tops; peel beets.
Place on large piece of aluminum foil; fold foil to form envelope.
Add butter, lemon juice, and dill; seal edges of foil to form packet.
Place on grill over hot coals; cook, turning frequently, 45 minutes or until beets are tender
