Green Salad

Green salad is healthy, easy to make and naturally nutritious with the goodness of fruits and salad greens. Apart from the salad greens, green salads can be made more nutritious with seasonal fruits like oranges, apples, pears and tangerines. The dressing in a green salad consists of ground feta cheese, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, olive oil, ground black pepper and lemon juice. Green salads can also use nuts to add that extra crunch.
