Chickpea Salad

Chickpea cooked dry, without gravy, makes into a very delicious and healthy salad during mealtimes. Add boiled chickpea, chopped onions, sliced cucumber, tomato and some vinegar into a bowl and you have your chickpea salad ready. This salad can be served chilled as well and goes well with a cool summer drink on a hot summer afternoon. Chickpea salad makes for a quick meal, which takes just 15 minutes to prepare.
