Carrot Salad

Carrot salads, one of the most commonly eaten salads, are made from carrots and onions. A delectable and nutritious accompaniment to rice, noodles, and bread recipes, different variations of the carrot salads are fondly eaten in almost all cultures of the world. Though conventionally, the carrot salads are generally spiced up with peppers and dressings, a novel variation is made by adding raisins, pineapple, almonds and pecans to the carrot salads and dressing it up with mayonnaise, yoghurt or sour cream.
