Western Salad Bowl
|Salad oil/Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crumbled blue cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Mixed salad greens||2 Quart|
|Small bread cubes||2 Cup (32 tbs), toasted|
Combine oil and garlic; let stand at room temperature for several hours.
Combine Worcestershire, pepper, salt, cheeses, egg, and lemon juice; blend well and toss with salad greens.
Strain garlic from oil; discard.
Toss oil with toasted bread cubes.
Add to salad and toss again.
