Peach Pickle Salad

Ingredients
  Pickled peaches 8 , chopped, drained, liquid reserved
  Orange gelatin 4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine peach liquid with enough water to make 2 cups; heat until boiling.
Pour liquid over gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 5 cup mold or individual molds.
Chill until firm.
