Ingredients
  Mustard greens 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Grapefruit 1 , peeled and sectioned
  Cooked crabmeat 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Light olive oil/Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Rice vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Mirin 1 Tablespoon
  Pine nuts 2 Tablespoon, toasted
Directions

Arrange mustard greens in a salad bowl.
Top with grapefruit sections and crab.
Blend oil, vinegar, and mirin.
Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
Sprinkle pine nuts over all and serve at once (at room temperature for best flavor).
