Crab Salad has a Tasty tasteThe Vinegar and Pine Nuts gives the Crab Salad Inspirational taste. Must catch it
|Mustard greens||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped|
|Grapefruit||1 , peeled and sectioned|
|Cooked crabmeat||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Light olive oil/Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Rice vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Pine nuts||2 Tablespoon, toasted|
Arrange mustard greens in a salad bowl.
Top with grapefruit sections and crab.
Blend oil, vinegar, and mirin.
Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
Sprinkle pine nuts over all and serve at once (at room temperature for best flavor).
