Easy Cucumber Salad
|Vinegar||2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Gill)|
|Ground black pepper||1 Pinch|
Peel the cucumbers and cut into thin slices.
Let salted cucumbers stand for half an hour.
Mix vinegar and water, flavour with sugar.
Squeeze out cucumbers well, then mix with dressing.
Add oil before serving, sprinkle with paprika and ground pepper.
Some crushed garlic may be added.
Taste cucumbers before slicing and do not use bitter ones.
