Little Caesar Salad

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salad oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Head of lettuce 1⁄2 , chilled
  Curly endive 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm), chilled
  Water cress 1 Bunch (100 gm), chilled
  Egg/1 minute egg 1 , uncooked
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Blue cheese 3 Ounce, crumbled
  Croutons 2 Cup (32 tbs) (1/4 To 1/2 Inch)
Directions

Add garlic to 1/4 cup salad oil; let stand a few hours.
Break greens into bowl.
Combine 1/2 cup salad oil, egg, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper; pour over greens.
Add cheese; toss.
Pour the garlic salad oil over croutons; toss well.
Add to salad; toss lightly.
