Egg And Baked Bean Salad

Ingredients
  Hard cooked eggs 6 , chopped and chilled
  Pork and beans 1 Can (10 oz), drained and chilled
  Minced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chili sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Bacon slices 3 , fried and crumbled (Salad Greens)
  Minced parsley 3 Tablespoon (Salad Greens)
Directions

Mix eggs, beans, and onion.
Combine chili sauce, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Add to egg mixture.
Place in chilled salad bowl lined with salad greens.
Just before serving, sprinkle bacon and parsley over top.
