Banana Peanut Salad

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Bananas 6 , peeled and cut in half
  Peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crushed or ground
  Lettuce 1
Directions

Combine flour, sugar, and mustard; add butter, egg, and vinegar.
Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens.
Slice bananas; roll in salad dressing, then in ground peanuts.
