Sweet Spiced Peach Jelly

Ingredients
  Canned diced peaches 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained, liquid reserved
  Peach liquid 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole cloves 6
  Cinnamon stick 1
  Peach gelatin envelope 1⁄4 Ounce
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine peach liquid, vinegar, sugar, cloves, and cinnamon; bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat; strain.
If necessary, add water to make 1 cup.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in spiced peach syrup.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in diced peaches.
Pour into a 3 cup mold and chill until firm.
