Grape Apple Salad

Ingredients
  Tart apples 2 Medium, peeled, quartered, cored
  Blue grapes 1⁄2 Pound, halved and seeded
  Garden mint stalk 1 (Use Leaves Only)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut apples crosswise in thin slices.
Arrange apples, grapes, and mint leaves in glass bowl.
Sprinkle with sugar, lemon juice, and brandy; toss lightly.
Cover; chill 1 hour.
