|Trimmed cauliflower||2 Pound|
|Salad oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm) (Small Bunch)|
Cook trimmed and washed cauliflower in salt water until tender.
Mix vinegar with a little water, season with salt and sugar, and add finely chopped parsley and oil.
Put cooled cauliflower into dressing, and set aside in a cool place for an hour.
