Ingredients
  Tender young dandelion greens 1⁄2 Pound
  Thinly sliced onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Red Or Spanish Variety)
  Tomatoes 2 , cut in fourths
  Cut up cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or Shredded)
  French dressing/Oil and vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Wash dandelion greens; drain well.
Cut into 2-inch pieces.
Add rest of ingredients in order given; toss to mix well
