I had come over to my home town for a vacation, and every one demand that I should treat them with something special. My answer was Frozen fruit salad. Frozen fruit salad is not only easy to make but it has a very beautiful looks and fresh fruits makes it very nutritious. The Frozen fruit salad gives a sensational icing feeling.
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Whipped cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped dates 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), seeded
  Maraschino cherries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crushed pineapple 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped kumquats 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped preserved ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped blanched almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Blend cheese and mayonnaise; add salt.
Fold in whipped cream, fruits, and ginger; pour into refrigerator trays.
Sprinkle with almonds; freeze until firm.
Cut into squares
