Green Paprika Salad

Ingredients
  Green paprika 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash, and core paprika, and cut into crosswise rings.
Scald.
Mix the vinegar with water, add salt and sugar, mix with sliced paprikas, and let it stand for two hours.
The sugar may be omitted.
