Orange And Onion Salad With Cucumber
|Bermuda onion||1 , sliced|
|Cucumber||1 Medium, sliced|
|Green pepper||1 Small, peeled, seeded and chopped|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chili powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Peel oranges; remove as much white membrane as possible.
Slice; remove seeds.
Alternate layers of oranges, onion, and cucumber in serving dish.
Sprinkle with green pepper.
Pour dressing over; garnish with endive.
Refrigerate until serving time.
