Tossed Two Green Salad
|Romaine lettuce head||1 , rinsed|
|Spinach||1⁄2 Pound, washed and patted dry|
|Diced red onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried dill weed||1 Teaspoon|
Remove stems from spinach.
Tear up the lettuce and spinach leaves and put into a large salad bowl.
Core and slice the apple, add with the onion just before serving.
In a small jar, shake up the vinegar, water, oil, parsley and dill.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Toss greens, apple slices and dressing just before serving.
