Layered Fruit Salad
|Orange flavor gelatin/Wild strawberry flavor gelatin||6 Ounce (2 Packages, 4 Serving Size Jell- O Brand)|
|Boiling water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cold water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ice cubes||8 (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh fruits||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Banana Slices, Orange Sections And Halved Seedless Grapes)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 2 1/2 cups.
Add to gelatin with lemon juice, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Measure 1 cup of the gelatin; set aside.
Stir fruit into remaining gelatin; pour into serving bowl.
Place measured gelatin, cheese and cinnamon in blender.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Spoon carefully over gelatin mixture in bowl.
Chill until set, about 2 hours.
