Layered Fruit Salad

Here is a classic recipe for the ever tropical favorite called Fruit Salad. Made with fresh fruits and arranged in layers with cream cheese with exciting flavoring this Layered Fruits Salad is a very satisfying and delicius dessert to serve. Give it a try and don't forget to throw in your favorite foods!
  Orange flavor gelatin/Wild strawberry flavor gelatin 6 Ounce (2 Packages, 4 Serving Size Jell- O Brand)
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ice cubes 8 (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh fruits 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Banana Slices, Orange Sections And Halved Seedless Grapes)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 2 1/2 cups.
Add to gelatin with lemon juice, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Measure 1 cup of the gelatin; set aside.
Stir fruit into remaining gelatin; pour into serving bowl.
Place measured gelatin, cheese and cinnamon in blender.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Spoon carefully over gelatin mixture in bowl.
Chill until set, about 2 hours.
