Watercress And Artichoke Hearts Salad
|Artichoke hearts/1 package frozen artichoke hearts||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Watercress||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Lemon olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Drain the canned artichoke hearts, rinse with cold water, and dry on paper towels or cook the frozen artichoke hearts, drain, and cool.
Cut the artichoke hearts in half.
Remove the stem ends from the watercress.
Pour the Lemon Olive Oil Dressing over the artichoke hearts.
Just before serving, toss the artichoke hearts with the watercress.
