Exotic Chicken Salad
|Cooked diced chicken||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Seedless grapes||1 Pound, halved|
|Water chestnuts||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Toasted slivered almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pineapple chunks||1 Can (10 oz) (For Garnish)|
Mix together chicken, celery, grapes, water chestnuts, and almonds.
Prepare dressing (see below) and mix with salad.
Chill until serving time.
Serve on lettuce garnished with pineapple chunks.
