Macaroni Salad With Cooked Peas
|Macaroni||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Shell Or Ring)|
|Cheddar cheese cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced gherkins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked peas||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook macaroni in boiling salted water; drain well.
Add butter; toss lightly.
Add cheese, gherkins, onion, and peas.
Stir in mayonnaise; blend carefully, making sure macaroni is well mixed with mayonnaise.
Check seasoning; set aside to chill.
