Summer Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon flavored gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange 1 , peeled, quartered
  Fresh cranberries 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Apple 1 , cored, sliced
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; chill until partially set.
Pour into blender.
Gradually add orange, cranberries, apple, sugar, and salt, blending until fruits are finely chopped.
Add nuts; blend just until chopped.
Turn into 1-quart mold; chill firm.
Turn onto lettuce-lined serving plate
