  Ripe avocados 3 (Avocado Pears)
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Diced cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery stalks 2 , diced
  Oranges 3
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Chopped pimiento 1 Tablespoon

Peel avocados; remove stones; scoop out'some flesh.
Brush avocados with orange juice.
Cut scooped-out flesh into small pieces; place in bowl with chicken and celery.
Peel and section 2 oranges; remove seeds and white pith.
Cut into small pieces; add to chicken mixture.
Combine mayonnaise with paprika.
Add salt; blend with chicken.
Fill avocado halves; sprinkle with pimiento.
