Anchovy And Tuna Salad has a Terrific taste. The olives and white wine vinegar gives the Anchovy And Tuna Salad Cool taste.
  Tomatoes 4 , peeled, quartered
  Green peppers 2 Small, seeded, thinly sliced
  Celery stalks 4 , chopped
  Cooked beets 1 Small
  Hard boiled eggs 2 , cut into quarters
  Anchovy fillets 1 Can (10 oz)
  Tuna fish 1 Can (10 oz), drained, flaked
  Olives 1 Tablespoon (Green And Black Colored)
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped tarragon 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped chives 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped chervil 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon

Arrange tomatoes, green peppers, celery, beet, and eggs in salad bowl or on large platter.
Combine all dressing ingredients; blend well, Arrange anchovy fillets, tuna, and olives attractively on top.
Pour the dressing over; toss at table.
