Simple Marinated Beef Salad

Ingredients
  Cubed cooked lean beef 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Sweet red pepper 1 , chopped
  Tomato 1 Medium, chopped
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crumbled oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boston lettuce head 1
  Tomato 1 Large, cut into wedges
Directions

Combine beef, onion, parsley, pepper, and tomato; toss well.
Combine dressing ingredients; pour over salad; toss well.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
At serving time, line serving dish with lettuce leaves; fill with salad.
Garnish with tomato wedges.
