Sauerkraut Salad

Sauerkraut Salad has a Piquant taste. The vinegar and sugar gives the Sauerkraut Salad Cool taste. Must catch it
Ingredients
  Sauerkraut 29 Ounce (One No. 2 1/2 Can Or 1 Large Can)
  Green pepper 1 Large, finely chopped
  Onion 1 Large, finely chopped
  Carrots/4 tablespoons diced pimiento 2 , grated
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Rinse sauerkraut; drain 15 minutes.
Add green pepper, onion, and carrots; mix thoroughly.
Boil water, vinegar, sugar, and salt 1 minute; let cool.
Pour over kraut mixture; let set.
Longer it sets, better it is.
Will keep indefinitely if refrigerated.
