This Caluliflower Salad can be such a wonderful side course to serve, mainly because it is fresh, hearty and delicious. What's more, the coriander flavoring alone with lime juice gives this Cauliflower salad a very different taste. Give it a try, it is easy to make.
|Cauliflower||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Green chili||1 , deseeded chopped|
|Chopped coriander||1 Tablespoon|
|Lime juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Rock salt||To Taste|
Soak the cauliflower in not salted water for 10 minutes and clean thoroughly before grating.
Mix the lime juice, chillie and rock salt into the grated cauliflower.
Transfer to a glass serving bowl.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve immediately.
