Bacon Spinach Salad

  Spinach 2 Pound
  Bacon 1⁄2 Pound, fried
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Wash and dry spinach.
Tear into bite-sized pieces.
Toss spinach and dressing together.
Place salad in individual salad bowls on a lettuce leaf.
Sprinkle with finely chopped crisp bacon and top with chopped parsley.
Season to taste.
