Southwestern Noodle Salad is a unique and winning cold salad that is perfect for your dinner parties. Surprise your family and guests with this wonderfully unique salad. I am sure they will love the Southwestern Noodle Salad.
  Macaroni 1 Small, cooked al dente, thoroughly drained
  Cider vinegar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green onions 6 , minced
  Chopped pimientos 2 Ounce (Drained)
  Worcestershire sauce 3 Dash
  Hot pepper sauce 3 Dash
  Minced roasted green chili 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned black eyed peas 15 Ounce (Drained)
  Canned corn 12 Ounce (Drained)
  Pitted black olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained chopped
  Green olives 2 Ounce, drained and chopped (With Pimientos)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

Place macaroni in large bowl.
Pour vinegar over and let stand while preparing other ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients to macaroni and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 days.
Taste for seasoning before serving.
