Lettuce and Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Hard cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk/Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olives 6 , chopped
  Lettuce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), shredded
  Pimiento strips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce leaves 2
  Boiled dressing/Mayonnaise dressing 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1.Put the cheese through a food-grinder and moisten slightly with milk or cream.
2.Add pepper and salt to taste.
3.Add chopped olives, shredded lettuce and pimiento strips.
4.Press this mixture into the form of a brick and, when cool and firm, cut in slices.
SERVING
5.Serve with salads
