Ingredients
  Curly endive hearts 2
  Watercress 2 Bunch (200 gm), coarse stems removed
  Chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Minced green onion 25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Walnut/Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 20 Milliliter (2 Teaspoon)
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Arrange endive around inside edge of salad bowl.
Combine watercress, walnuts and green onion; arrange inside endive.
Dressing: Whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.
Just before serving, drizzle dressing over salad and toss.
