Fresh Caesar Salad

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Romaine lettuce heads 2 , dried and torn into bite-sized pieces
  Egg 1
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Canned anchovy fillets 2 Ounce, chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Packaged garlic croutons 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Combine oil and garlic and let stand overnight.
In a large salad bowl, toss greens with oil mixture.
Add egg to greens and toss until well coated.
In a small bowl, stir lemon juice, Worcestershire, anchovies, salt and pepper.
Add to greens and toss again.
Sprinkle on cheese and croutons and toss lightly again.
Serve immediately
