Worm Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
  Green beans 1⁄2 Pound
  Hazelnut/Walnut / olive oil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  White wine vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Bring water to boil in steamer.
Trim ends off green beans; wash and steam for about 7 minutes, until tender but still crisp.
In serving bowl beat together mustard, sherry, vinegar and oil.
When beans are cooked, stir into dressing.
Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
