I doubt if there can be something more healthy and satisfying than this Spinach Almond Salad! Brimming full with the goodness of spinach and mushrooms, this Spinach Almond Salad is richly flavored with your favorite herbs! Give it a try, and be ready to indulge in something healthy!
Ingredients
  Spinach leaves 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound, sliced
  Toasted sliced almonds 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tarragon vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Crushed tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Remove tough stems from spinach; wash and dry and tear into bite size pieces.
Place in serving bowl with mushrooms and almonds.
Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and heat to boiling.
Pour hot dressing over salad and toss.
Serve.
