Tomato And Cheese Salad Mold
|Condensed tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Gelatin||2 Tablespoon, soaked in 0.5 cup cold water and dissolved over hot water|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Soaking Gelatin)|
|Chopped celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Green pepper||1 , chopped|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Cottage cheese||1 Pound|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Heat soup in a saucepan.
Add dissolved gelatine.
Stir in vegetables and Worcestershire sauce.
In a separate bowl blend cottage cheese and mayonnaise.
Add to soup and vegetable mixture.
Pour into a decorative mould.
Chill until firm.
