Orange Onion Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach leaves 16
  Red wine vinegar 4 Teaspoon (Good Quality)
  Navel oranges 4 , peeled and sliced into rounds
  Olive oil 4 Teaspoon (Good Quality)
  Red onion slices 4 , separated into rings (Very Thin Slices)
Directions

Arrange spinach leaves on each of four plates.
Arrange orange slices on spinach and slip onion rings between orange slices.
Whisk vinegar and oil together and pour over salads.
