Orange Onion Salad
|Fresh spinach leaves||16|
|Red wine vinegar||4 Teaspoon (Good Quality)|
|Navel oranges||4 , peeled and sliced into rounds|
|Olive oil||4 Teaspoon (Good Quality)|
|Red onion slices||4 , separated into rings (Very Thin Slices)|
Arrange spinach leaves on each of four plates.
Arrange orange slices on spinach and slip onion rings between orange slices.
Whisk vinegar and oil together and pour over salads.
