Hot Spinach And Mushroom Salad Dressed With Yoghurt

Ingredients
  Spinach/1 1/2 package of 10 ounce cleaned spinach 1 1⁄2 Pound (Loose)
  White vinegar 4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Corn oil 2 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 4 Ounce, thinly sliced
  Plain low fat yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Diced onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Freshly squeezed lemon juice 4 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash spinach and remove all tough stems.
Drain well.
In hot oil saute mushrooms and onions until onions wilt.
Add lemon juice, vinegar, sugar and pepper and mix.
Stir in spinach and cook, only until spinach begins to wilt.
Remove from heat; stir in yogurt and serve.
