Radish And Cheese Salad
|Radishes||6 Ounce (Without Their Tops)|
|Red wine vinegar||5 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 2 Teaspoons)|
|Dijon mustard/Mustard flavored with basil / tarragon||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated sharp cheese||3 Tablespoon (Well Packed)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
Trim, wash and thinly slice radishes.
Slice scallions thinly.
Combine mustard with oil and vinegar and mix well.
Stir in radish slices, onions and cheese and mix well.
Season with pepper.
