Cabbage Walnut Salad
|Shredded cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped walnut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lime||1 , juiced|
|Rock salt||To Taste|
Make sure you choose a crisp and fresh cabbage.
Put in all the ingredients, except the walnuts, into a glass serving bowl and toss them well.
Garnish with the walnuts and chill for 30 minutes.
Serve as a side dish with any food Indian.
